Awesome condo with plenty of room for the family. The check-in was easy as well as the checkout, the condo was very clean and had easy access to the beach. I would recommend the condo to everyone and anyone!! But please don’t book it when I need it, lol!!

Tybee Island Rentals is the best. They are easy to deal with, are friendly, and quick to reply when something needs attention. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay on Tybee.

I visited a home within this organizations list of homes two weeks ago. The TV did not work, and the refrigerator had a note on it that they knew it and not to call them about it. The main floor toilet did not flush, linens are so old and thin, poor sleep and the staff is not very friendly. Make sure if you visit, they do not provide trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods or paper towels. Upon asking for these, we were told we should have brought our own. They charge a REQUIRED fee for damages, this is not optional and I must say their fees were most definitely higher than I have ever paid at a rental before. Just be aware before you rent from them.

Great spot and good walking distance to food and shopping locations — we stayed off Logan St. Didn’t venture down to the beach as we were there for a game in Savannah, but overall the unit was great. Also customer service has been fantastic to interact with — I am pretty sure that a white polar bear was misplaced/lost by me and the company tried the hardest for two weeks in the middle of other people staying to find it. And although there was no success, they were kind, courtesy, and even apologetic even though it was my fault. I will absolutely use them again for another trip (and this time their website and not vrbo). Thank you again Laurie (hopefully I spelled it right)!

We just stayed at Suncatcher B, one of Tybee Island Rentals properties. It was perfect for us. I had talked with the office after hours of searching online and they found exactly what we were looking for. The location and outside space was just as described. We will definitely use them again when staying at Tybee.

Very clean typical condo. Parking under the units but there is an elevator. Had to drive everywhere for anything. Inconvenient location unless you read books/watch tv.

I've stayed at the Hotel Tybee and Beachside Colony. We rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath (Unit 202) by far the best place I've stayed on Tybee. A beautiful view walking distance to the beach and the condo was immaculate. Planning to take my Mom in a couple of months.

We found this company after 2 hours of searching where to stay. There was plenty of vacancy at many hotels. However, the ones we looked at were very run down and didn't look clean enough to stay. This company quickly helped us find a NICE OCEAN FRONT CONDO within minutes! The lady even gave us a last minute deal. We arrived at a very nice and CLEAN condo near the lighthouse we ocean views as promised. We will definitely book with this company again ?

The people were fine to deal with, however, their customer service needs work. The rental we had at Lighthouse Point Beach Club which was condo 8B had a busted water line and it wasn't something that had just happened it had been "leaking" for quite some time that was apparent. It was so bad that they had to move us (5 of us) on our 2nd day to a TINY (approx 400sq ft) "cottage" on the other end of the island just to move us back to another condo the next day!! So we lost 2 full days of our vacation just moving! It ended up that they had to replace the hot water tank. All they could say was they were sorry offered nothing for our major inconvenience or lost days nor did the owner of the condo! The owners wouldnt even respond to the email that was sent. We even called VRBO ....nothing. So disappointed in our first visit to Tybee Island.
