Did not stay. During the checkin process I was informed that they do not follow the Terms and Service of the Bonvoy program in regards to late checkouts. The staff wanted to argue rather than accommodate. When available is not the right answer. For standard participating Marriott Bonvoy properties (non-resort, non-convention hotels, non-Design Hotels™, non-StudioRes, and excluding the fully excluded brands/properties like Vacation Clubs, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, etc.), the 4 p.m. late checkout is a guaranteed benefit for Platinum Elite members and above. ? This is explicitly stated in the official Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions (Section 4.3.c.v). Guaranteed. Not when available.

Was there for almost 2 weeks for business. Only complaint was the awfully old tv in my room, but they replaced it the next day which was great

Unfortunately terrible experience the room had a very bad fish odor. I immediately went back to front desk to request a change of room. Being a loyal Gold member you would think they will go out of their way to accommodate you especially when the room SMELLED VERY BAD. all they said was that the hotel is full and nothing g they can do. They didn’t even try to accommodate us at a nearby hotel. We were stuck that night sleeping in this smelly room but checked out very early as the smell was out of control. I will never recommend or stay at this place again.

I have been traveling for the past 9 years, and this is byfar the worst experience I've encountered with hotels staff, The manager and the assistant manager were very rude. the treated me like an intruder instead of a quest. I will cancel all of my upcoming reservation due to the lack of professionalism.

Overall great atmosphere, very clean, excellent staffing. Pet friendly a +. We'll definitely revisit enjoying my trips on the I95 corridor, Pooler, GA Savannah Airport.

I stayed here in June 2015. TownePlace Savannah airport rooms have serious issues with getting hot water in rooms before 6am. Many people living there complaining about the same. If you are using shower before 6am or in night time, on any floor, good luck. You will have to turn your all rooms faucets full ON on HOT for 20-30 mins before you get hot water that you can shower. I had to do this every morning so literally have to wake up early by that time to do this. I am Marriott member and I have sent an emails to site managers and it seems like after they did some type of renovation, this hotel has some pump configuration issues for the hot water pumping. I do not recommend anyone staying here until they fix their hot water issue. There are so many franchise suit hotel choices as lesser price in the surrounding areas than this one. The parking area seems to be cramped to get in out also. All other services are fine as townplace suits offer.

Good place to stay for the price. One bad experience but the other times staying there have made up for it. Staff is professional and well suited for customer service.

Very squishy bed made it hard to sleep. Every time my husband turned the entire mattress moved. We are not very big people, 140 and 200 lbs. Every hook in the bathroom was broken so there was no where to hang clothes. The carpet was dirty in the room. The floor was filthy in the elevator. The elevator inspection expired in October 2024 (2 months ago). Would not stay here again.

Hotel is updated, clean, and rooms are huge! The service is excellent-I arrived during a storm this week and they accommodated me and my dogs quickly and early so that we could get settled and be comfortable. I believe her name is Katrine (forgive me if I’m incorrect) at the front desk and she is absolutely wonderful! Definitely recommend staying here you will be taken care of and treated with kindness.

This Hotel is a scam if your a pet owner and use your points for your stay. No mention of a $100 pet cleaning fee when using points when booking. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Select Pet Friendly and this facility shows up. What a scam!
