5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and different stores just across the road Nice staff. Enough parking. Pool. The hotel has its theme - it's like a ship. :) It's not of course the most important but funny. And yea. They have an elevator to the two floors. Stairs and elevator. Being that close to the shore they are in danger of flooding. So the rooms upped, parking on the first floor. Recommending to try.

Kaleigh was fantastic at the front desk. Super friendly and was eager to assist. Rooms are a stones throw from the beach. Would definitely visit again!!!!

Had a wonderful stay at Sea and Breeze! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of great shops and restaurants. The pool area was also really nice and a great place to relax. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! Kaleigh was a magnificent host! Very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Bernie’s oyster house is right across the street and wet Willie’s is only steps away! Perfect location between the boardwalk/beach/food and fun!

So convenient location. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Parking lot is available right there. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I think the shower curtain needs to be raised 4” higher and tiny detail to finish the base board at the shower. These may help reduce the mildew smell in the bathroom.

The bed away from the door was extremely uncomfortable so the first night we didn’t sleep well. However, we tried the other bed and it was much better and we slept well the second night. The staff was friendly and helpful when the hairdryer didn’t work. Found out it was the socket not the dryer so we notified the staff. Room was very clean! It was a great stay!

We come every year in September! This hotel is in the best location….walk to bars, the pier, the beach, and restaurants! It is an older hotel, but that is what makes it special! It is not some cookie cutter hotel you can find anywhere. The staff is AMAZING and so friendly and accommodating!

Great location. Nice staff and they allowed us to check in early. The shower water pressure and temperature wasn't the best. The beds were comfy and the room frig held a great temperature. The room floors were a little dirty. There was no rifraf. The property needs a facelift. It's a budget motel. Pool is a nice extra.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We booked it on a whim, as I was working in Stateboro on a Friday, and we decided to make a weekend out of it. I was worried the room would be that sort of mid-season beach hotel musty, but it was nice and clean. The location is awesome, the staff are nice, the pool is fun. It’s an older property, surely, but if you’re there to have a good time, you’ll have a good time.

I would stay again without a doubt; this location cannot be beat! We walked everywhere, close to shops and food! Price was reasonable. Beds, sink area, and toilet were cleaned well. The rest of the room had a few minor things that could have been wiped down however not a big deal unless you are a perfectionist. Elevator did stop working parking is tight but definitely not as bad as some make it sound! We came in a tank (excursion) lol and managed. This beats paying for parking any day in my book! Front desk and whoever answers the phones (a lady) are wonderful!
