My stay recently was remarkable. The hotel was tucked away nicely on a lake. The staff is wonderful! Miss Kim made sure I had my breakfast even though I was late! The cooks are top notch and the front desk is attentive.

Great hotel, great staff. Stay here often. First night there had an issue with room. Johnny B addressed and moved me to a perfect room swiftly. After i checked out i messed up and left some equipment in my room. Johnny B took great care of me, secured my laptop and promptly shipped to me. Just the best ever! Thank you !!

Arrival with receptionist Cardi was easy. She was so helpful and personable, and even located pliers for us when we had a personal luggage issue. Gave advice about parking downtown too. Rooms were spacious, however, when I got into bed the duvet smelled like musty armpits. Gross! Luckily we always travel with our own blankets. Food service was delicious. Breakfast buffet was a great variety and very tasty.

The room was great and the staff was amazing!!! The staff was so good that, when I had mentioned something about the shower while talking to a friend in the downstairs lobby in the morning, when I got back to room that evening, the issue was fixed and they left me a nice note. Very impressive!! Location is very close to the highway and an easy trek to downtown, so it worked out great for us. I would absolutely stay here in the future!

Service was impeccable. I live in Statesboro work in Savannah. Stayed here for 3 nights during the snow so I didn't have to drive back and forth. The staff was very attentive, rooms were spotless, and the breakfast had real bacon! Roasted taters! So much nicer than the traditional "continental breakfast". Jada, Kim, and Mr.Johnny in the reception took great care of me during my stay.

Stayed here for one night along our trip up north with 2 kids. Location worked out it was right by the highway plus tons of stores & restaurants nearby. 4 The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Breakfast options were good & kid friendly! Cardi checked us in & was very welcoming and accommodating. She was so kind to the kids and they warmed up to her instantly! We will stay here again on our way back!

At the beginning of this experience, I booked a month out (November 28th) and called to ask a few questions and was very very warmly greeted by the person at the front desk-already a good sign… After a long day of travel (December 23) my husband, dog and I were hoping for A relaxing few hours in order to gear up for Christmas. We were warmly greeted by Angel and Cardi and quickly made aware of all the amenities- need I say the Christmas decorations in the lobby were also a fabulous touch. coming from Jersey and having been at other garden inns before I knew what to expect but this was definitely one of the better experiences. We decided to stop for a drink and some food and made friends with Beverly and we’re truly left in awe of the women we met in this experience. This was a blessing in our travel after a hard year!

We had a good plan. The plan was to stay overnight in a hotel in Savannah near the airport since we had a very early flight the next morning. We were going to get to bed early to make sure we were refreshed for the full travel day ahead. However, it didn't go as planned. First, the bed was soft and bouncy. It lacked comfort, and every time my wife would turn in bed the mattress motion would disturb me. Next, the pillows were substandard. They were all so flat that they barely qualified to be called pillows. My expectation is quality pillows, with several to choose from of different firmness. But the biggest issue by far was the lack of sound proofing in the walls of the room. There were a lot of families staying in the hotel, and late at night we could hear children running down the hall, laughing, and shouting as they played. Adult guests were also talking loudly in the hallway, and the sound permeated the walls that they might as well have been sitting in my room. When we first entered the room, I distinctly heard the muffled sounds of a man speaking to someone on his phone in the room next to ours. I thought, "This is not good," but reasoned to myself that they would settle down soon. Later that night more people were in the room speaking, and I could hear their muffled voices as I vainly tried to get to sleep. But then about 10:00 they turned the TV on loudly, and of course, I could hear it. I got up a couple times to use the restroom, and at 2:30 am the TV was still on and I could still hear it. Obviously, our master plan to get some quality sleep failed miserably. On a positive note, the water was hot for our shower the next morning. But the most basic function that a hotel must deliver to its guests is a good night's sleep. This time, the Hilton Garden Inn at Savannah Airport failed.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I choose it because of the reviews, pond and natural surroundings along with the proximity to restaurants and my planned activities. I normally stay at 2 different hotels less than 1 mile away from this. Out of the 3 properties, I would rank this one #2. Denise was very friendly and accommodating when I called around 2:30 pm to check into my room early. I had an event to be at that evening at 5 pm & needed to shower & get ready. She said my room was available, let me know she understood my concern of having enough time to get ready and let me check in early. I really appreciated this. I am the Colorado Ambassador for the YouTube channel @bethebossofyourmotorcycle and made the trip to celebrate the channels 5th Anniversary. I was grateful I called early and was able to talk to Denise then, because her shift ended shortly thereafter. Everything worked out! ???? I recommend eating at the toasted yolk? restaurant nearby.

I'm a Hilton person. Been a Honors member since 1989. We stopped to break up a long drive both going and coming. Extra special friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfy mattresses. What made the hotel extra special was their restaurant, a true restaurant, to the side of lobby. Open breakfast, lunch, dinner. We ate dinner there both nights there. Beverly was our server. I'm a Beverly too, so we hit it off right away. She made recommendations, which were great choices. Food was delicious. The salads were amazing spread out along a horizontal tray. Each of the salad items were laid side-by-side. Very fresh with large portions. It was an excellent way to eat the salad. Never seen it done like that before. Prices were reasonable. I have to recognize Beverly. 10 days later when came back on our way home, she remembered what we ordered. She also remembered I don't like Diet Coke, preferring Coke Zero. The restaurant only has diet Coke, but she went and got a Coke Zero from the open drink/food area. She poured it and served it to me, even before we ordered anything!.
