4 months agoIt was our weekend with grandkids. They wanted a place with indoor pool so they can play. So, I searched all bonvoy hotels in this area and found this place. Before made reservation I called hotel front desk to confirm their pool availability. They said Yes and pool is open. Upon our check in I asked receptionist for the room closest to the pool and she said pool is under construction since November of last year. I told her that I have called to ensure that pool is open. She firmly said "do you want to cancel reservation?" Really?! I asked her to see if there are other bonvoy hotels in the area may have pool but she said "you need to call them"... Not a good customer service. So we stayed at IHG hotel for the weekend. Sad that she treated me this way.

4 months agoRooms were clean. Staff was friendly breakfast. Just average, the biggest thing that stood out was the TV placement in the room. It was a small TV shared between the living space and the beds. Very odd if you like yo watch Television in bed.

6 months agoIts a decent transit friendly hotel located 20 mins from Savannah. Rooms are modern and clean, guest laundry wash is just a buck here, and breakfast is decent. It gets crowded during breakfast times as space is very small. Not very amenity friendly but it has indoor heated pool.

7 months agoStayed just one night but this hotel offered everything you'd expect from a Springhill suites. Room was clean, staff friendly and the breakfast was ok, it gets you on the road again.

9 months agoOur car club routinely stays at this property during our event. The front desk and breakfast staff are always friendly and efficient. The property is clean and well maintained. I/we will be back.

11 months agoI arrived at 830 pm and as a Bonvoy Member I had a very unpleasant experience with Laurel.She looked like she didn’t want to work. Did not greet anyone . She was very unprofessional and did not even give me a bottle of water . When I asked for it as a bonvoy member she told me they dont give it unless u ask. In all the Marriotts they give u a bottle of water as a bonvoy member and you don’t have to ask for it.

11 months agoA shout out to the staff at Springhill Suites Savannah Airport. My husband had an unexpected conference meeting crop up on vacation stay. They opened up a meeting room for him so he could continue to work after check out time (which they had already extended for us ). Great friendly staff.

11 months agoWe had a great stay at SpringHill Suites in Savannah! The room was spotless and guest services went above and beyond. The sweet older lady at breakfast made our morning even better. Highly recommend!
