Great place to stay. Had to make reservations enroute and Haley took care of everything including giving directions. Amazing young lady and thanks for everything. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Great breakfast bar as well. If I am ever back in the area will definitely stay with you all.
Our absolute FAVORITE iHG hotel of all time. Clean, right off 1-95, Friendly associates and the Room was comfy and very spacious. Shout out to Michelle, the employee who makes, the BEST BREAKFAST than any other Holiday Inn we've ever stayed at. All in All, Savannah and This Holiday Inn, was our favorite of the 6 hotels we've stayed in this year!!
Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious and set up so nicely. The pool was relaxing. My family of 3 enjoyed ourselves.
I stayed here for one night and chose this hotel specifically because it advertised WiFi, which is essential for my remote work that I was planning on undertaking while staying here. Unfortunately, the internet was so slow and unstable that it was effectively non-functional. I woke up at 5am to begin my workday and could not load even the most basic tools. I found two Ethernet jacks in my room and tried those, but both were disabled. I then went to the business center, which had three Ethernet ports connected to two computers and a printer. With staff permission, I disconnected one to plug in my laptop. After 30 minutes of troubleshooting, I discovered that all business center Ethernet jacks were disabled as well. The hotel presents wired connectivity as available, but none of it works. When I informed the front desk, the employee (Angel) was dismissive and unprofessional. She insisted the business center computers had to use WiFi, which contradicts the fact that they are plugged into Ethernet ports. When I pointed this out, she accused me of “having an attitude,” refused to continue speaking unless I “changed my tone,” and implied I was raising the issue to get out of paying. None of this was true—I simply needed the internet the hotel advertises. Because the hotel’s internet was unusable, I lost an entire workday and had to spread my Monday workload across the rest of the week. Neither the hotel, IHG, nor Expedia has taken responsibility. This hotel advertises amenities it does not provide and the staff’s handling of the issue made the experience significantly worse. I likely would have had a better stay at a $59/night Red Roof Inn
Tiana at the desk was super helpful when checking in. This hotel is easy access from the highway. I felt it was in a safe area. The room was clean and smelled fresh. I was pleasantly surprised with the many options available for breakfast. The dining area was kept tidy and felt inviting.
As an IHG club member, I'm very disappointed about the incidentals fee charged to my card. This will likely prevent me from visiting this property in the future. When I saw an elevator out of service, then smelled pot smoke later that evening (folks hanging out in the parking lot below my window were likely the culprits), I began to understand the overall situation. Sad because the check-in was very professional and courteous and I was text asking about my room satisfaction, etc.
It was fine. Not super dirty but not super clean. Housekeeping needs to step up their game. Bandaid found next to the bed. Areas in the bathroom needed attention but floor and surfaces appeared to be wiped down. Breakfast attendant was not pleasant. Front desk staff was fine. Housekeepers were sweet and didn’t bother us before check out, which is something we encountered at the last hotel.
Stopped for a rest while traveling. Rooms were clean with the exception of crumbs in the sofa bed. Room smelled a bit musty. Staff was super polite and efficient. Breakfast was standard and the attendant running it was on top of her job. The service and staff really make this a nice place to stay.
The hotel is what you expect from a holiday inn . No surprises. Clean rooms. The service however is a 5 star service . Angel is truly an Angel . Our car died and she lent us her cables and more . Angel saved the day as we were with our 92 year old father you going to a wedding . Both Angel today and James yesterday ( see the review below from yesterday) are top notch customer service folks . It frankly doesn’t get better than this service. However the excellent service from James at the front desk made it a 5 star review. We needed a handicap room . He was kind enough to show it to us so we could make an informed decision. The handicap room was perfect for our needs and we were able to get the second room as a connecting room with it . I waffled initially but he was patient with us . James is what customer service should be.
Newer Clean well maintained blackout shades on the window works awesome exterior well lit quite and safe breakfast is well worth the higher cost compared to the surrounding hotels especially if your traveling with a family save on having to buy 4 or 5
