Every good review on here is a LIE or AI. This place is horrible. How do you have good reviews when your elevator doesn't work for a full month. Its all BS. Do not book here. They have a roach infestation as well. The first room they gave me had a huge dead roach. The second room they gave me had a baby roach in the toilet. I had to kill several during my stay despite buying my own bug spray. This place was the worst hotel experience I ever had. Trust me every good review is a LIE!!!

I had an amazing experience staying at WoodSpring Suites in Savannah, Georgia. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really made my stay special was the outstanding customer service. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Mrs. April for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived and truly cares about the guests. It's rare to come across someone with such a positive attitude and genuine hospitality. Thank you, Mrs. April, for making my stay so enjoyable. Because of you and the wonderful staff, I will definitely be returning and recommending WoodSpring Suites to family and friends!

My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay very enjoyable. Great stay! The front desk staff were courteous and amenable and native English speakers. The room was very affordable considering it contained a full sized fridge, stove top, and microwave. The room was clean. As a bonus, it was nice to see a hotel participating in e-verify.

Mom, Dad & Gmom were in a crisis to find accommodations for my Gdaughter near her new job until apt is ready for move in. Ms April was truly our Angel. FYI-all 3 parents live out of town, I called 2 other properties only to be put on hold and/or hung up on 3x. Ms April was very professional, proficient and expedited the issue quickly to a resolved resolution ?? A week later I visited my Gdaughter to gelp her move and had opp to meet Ms April... Fantabulous in person as well... TYLORD for the Blessing ?? ?

The General Manager here is such a sweet women. Her and her team keeps a clean healthy and safe environment. Been staying here since my lease was up in March. No complaints. Thank you.

WoodSpring Suites has been a great place to stay! I was a little hesitant at first because I needed somewhere comfortable for both me and my dog, but that quickly changed. After speaking with Sky at the front desk, I knew I made the right choice. Sky was super helpful, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered. Everyone here has been amazing—from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team. They’re all friendly, professional, and really make you feel welcome. You can tell they actually care about the guests, which makes a big difference. I’ve have had zero issues since staying and honestly have no complaints at all. I’d definitely recommend WoodSpring Suites to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to stay. Shoutout to Property Manager April as well for having such a great team—she’s clearly doing an excellent job!

I stayed at WoodSpring Suites Savannah Garden City from March 27–29, and this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. First, my room wasn’t ready when I arrived — even though I showed up over an hour after check-in time. The entire hotel also smelled strongly of smoke and general odor, which is unacceptable for a non-smoking property. The worst part was being woken up TWICE on Saturday morning by two different staff members telling me I needed to check out or pay more. I had already paid in full and was scheduled to leave Sunday. The first employee realized her mistake, but then another staff member came an hour later with the same incorrect information. That level of disorganization is unacceptable and incredibly disruptive. On top of that, our key card stopped working Friday night. Since the front desk was closed, we had to call for help and wait a long time for assistance. When someone finally arrived, there was no urgency and the attitude was unprofessional. Overall, between the lack of organization, poor customer service, and property conditions, this stay was not worth what I paid. I will be pursuing a refund and would not recommend this location.

I highly recommend this hotel the rooms are spacious and clean the staff is very friendly and self-sufficient and the staff is always there to help Dee is a real sweetheart she checks people in and out efficiently and promptly; whenever you need anything and try to fix any problem that occurs. April Gordon is the manager and she is a go-getter she keeps it clean she makes sure everything's done right everybody's happy and you never want for anything.... woodspring Suites 4912 Augusta Road Garden City Georgia that's where you need to go for a comfortable stay!!!
