I booked this place for a friend’s wedding, from their hotel block. Check in was easy since I had the app. I didn’t even need a key. I could just use my phone. Even when out very late, I would come in and use my phone at the door and it would let me in. There was also a very fun desk person who greeted me every late night of my stay. The day after the wedding, I left in quite the hungover state as you could imagine and I ended up leaving some clothes in a closet. Fortunately I remembered as soon as I landed back home. I called, thinking there couldn’t be any way they saved them for me. Much to my luck, they did. They kept them in a sealed bag for my friend to pick up and mail to me. I am forever grateful they were so kind. I would definitely stay here again. Great people in a great location. Not too loud and easy access to food and the grocery store. I always stay at Marriotts for this kind of thoughtfulness and it hasn’t steered me wrong, yet.

Saw it had a lower Yelp Review but my family said they had been several times and they always go back. Front desk (Bonnie) pleasant and helpful! Clean and nice atmosphere! I will definitely go back! All personnel were friendly and personal ! Breakfast was extensive and fresh! Parking and ease moving throughout the hotel was simple.

After some bad experiences in the past, I normally don't expect very much of my hotel stays, but I was genuinely impressed with the service I received at this hotel. Akeema checked us in and was helpful, welcoming, warm, and efficient. My room was clean and fairly well sound-insulated, though I was at the end of a row so I only had a neighbor on one side. Bedding was clean and comfortable, room was a good size, well designed, and for once had a TV that I didn't find infuriating to use (though it does log out of Netflix every time you turn it off, but that's probably by design). The breakfasts were MUCH better than any other breakfast I've had at a hotel in recent memory, with staff frequently keeping things stocked and warm, and it had eggs, waffles, and other warm food rather than just a basket full of fruit with a stale bagel nearby as with some other hotels. I don't normally leave reviews, but this experience was good enough I had to come comment on the exceptional service and good quality of this hotel. Well done!

I typically stay at this hotel for work and have done so many times over the last 4 years or so. It is very close in proximity to my work location, so that is a major plus for me. It is a clean hotel with friendly staff. Usually the rooms are a little better but the one I had this time was a little in disrepair. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose and so was the one in the tub. Other than that it was clean as usual. Alan was very friendly and welcoming when I arrived. He was also there at checkout and very nice. I don’t remember the name of the young lady I encountered during the night but she was very friendly as well. I will continue to stay at this hotel in the future.

Hotel was clean, room was spacious. Breakfast was a nightmare. Dining Room is way too small to accommodate the number of hotel guests. Waffle maker caused a huge back up for people trying to get their food. They were out of regular milk every day. It was easier to get breakfast elsewhere! They can certainly do better!!

Located 4 miles from Historic Distric but an easy commute to that area. The best thing about this hotel is the front desk staff!!! Andy and Portia were Wonderful- friendly funny welcoming and helpful. Everything you want in frontline staff!!

From the moment I arrived, the experience at the hotel was exceptional thanks to Bonnie, Kema, and the entire front desk team. Bonnie greeted me with genuine warmth and a welcoming smile that immediately made me feel at home. She was incredibly informative, patient, and attentive—making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Kema was just as amazing, showing professionalism, kindness, and a true willingness to help with anything I needed. Both Bonnie and Kema went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information about the hotel amenities and local area, and their positive energy really made a difference. The rest of the hotel staff was equally impressive—friendly, efficient, and dedicated to providing great service throughout my stay. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a comfortable and inviting environment for every guest. Because of Bonnie, Kema, and the wonderful staff, my experience was truly outstanding. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier hospitality.

This is the second week in a row. I’ve stayed at this Fairfield. Absolutely love it. Not only is the hotel, beautiful and very clean, but it is really close to the hospital where I work. Special shout out to Porcha at the front desk. Her personality is perfect for customer service and she has a beautiful smile. Very grateful I found this hotel.

Last week for Thanksgiving my father had to be transported to Savannah Memorial for some health issues. Our trip was unexpected to say the least. We were looking online fore a last minute room and Fairfield popped up first. It must have been a sign. We stayed there only knowing one day at a time l due to not knowing when my father would be released. I must say under our circumstances this hotel and ALL the staff were so welcoming and accommodating to us. We were able to keep our room from day to day with no issues. The room was clean, the breakfast was great and everyone was so friendly! I would like to give a special thanks to Shiy for working with me on our day to day reservations and making sure we were taken care of. If I ever have to stay in Savannah again I will go strait here!! Top tier! Thank you guys at Fairfield!

Staff was very helpful: she brought a cart from the lobby to the second floor parking for us for our second floor room. We parked in the garage for $12 rather than park or the street for free. The spaces seem narrow and separated by concrete columns. Sign is still up for two 6kw EV chargers but they seemed completely dead. Tesla supercharger is very close, only a few blocks away. Curtains very effectively keep the room dark when desired. Nice TV. Outdoor Pool still open October 14.
