The Fairfield Inn by Marriott Savannah I-95 South receives mixed reviews, with some guests praising its convenient location and friendly staff. However, recurring issues regarding cleanliness, maintenance (including working appliances and plumbing), and inconsistent service are consistently reported, leading to concerns about its overall quality and value as a Marriott property. The room was pretty clean but the sofa bed only fit one person and was SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE! The matress was so thin you can feel the springs. It wasn't advertised like that so we had a big problem and we couldn't fit in the room. They were charging us a fee that was more expensive than an actual night if we leave earlier which was ridiculous!and the pool was not working , so we paid for a room that won't fit my family and no pool, which was one of the main reasons why we picked this place. Breakfast was terrible too. The front desk people was not helpful at all. And one didn't even know what was going on with the pool even tho there was a sign on the door. I wouldn't stay here again.

This was a nice surprise. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were only 20 minutes from Savannah. It turned out to be a really nice stay. I was very happily surprised. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good value in Savannah.

It's clean. The young lady at the front desk was friendly. I feel like they are making improvements. Like furniture looks newer. But the drapes are nearly falling apart. The shower head was awful. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud as was the A/C unit. I want to rate it higher because it isn't awful but I have stayed in much nicer Fairfields. As for location. There is an IHOP and Cracker Barrel right next to it and a gas station in the front which is super convenient. It was kinda challenging driving here off the hwy as the roads and lights are a little confusing. We typically stop around this area on our way to visit our daughter. Not sure I will stop at this one again though

Just stayed at this hotel and I suggest you choose another hotel. My room had a half a peanut beside the bed and a pill between the fridge and the bureau. The shower floor is peeling off and the light fixtures on the side tables were pitted with rust. I couldn’t eat breakfast as I was afraid who was cleaning everything.

We stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Inn and Suites Midtown Savannah on May 14th for one night. We discovered dried fecal matter, rotten banana peel and a bag of dirty diapers or towels in our room in the middle of the night, due to an odor. Reported to the front desk at that time. Spoke with a manager at check-out. He stated he couldn't refund the stay because I booked with Super.com. He said he would add points to my Marriott Bonvoy app that may provide a complimentary one-night stay in any of their hotels. Why would I want to book, again? Instructed to contact Super.com regarding a refund. I did just that. I have been going back and forth with them since that time. They requested a document from Fairfield by Marriott Inn and Suites stating we reported the issue and showed video/picture evidence. Management has refused. The last time I called to discuss the issue, I was informed they could only speak to Super.com and not me. I informed Super.com of this and they reached out. The hotel has refused to provide any statement or documentation. This is absolutely absurd on behalf of the hotel and customer relations. Please feel free to view the disgusting evidence. It will be a cold day in hell before I or anyone I know will book with Marriott. ?

Disappointed with this stay. The condition of the room technology and the complete lack of support when issues came up. The TV in the living room had noticeable burn-in marks and felt very outdated. I also needed help getting a device whitelisted on the hotel internet, but after asking for internet support I was initially transferred to the TV provider instead. After spending nearly 30 minutes on the phone, they informed me they only handled television support and could not assist with the internet issues. I stopped by the front desk again, and the customer service manager told me they only supported AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile users and that it was unfortunate I was having issues. She made a point to say she was not trying to be difficult, but that she could not help me. About 20 minutes later she called back and said the service was actually through Comcast Business and gave me a number to contact. Unfortunately, when I called, Comcast could not even locate an account tied to the hotel’s number. In the end, I had to rely on my hotspot the entire weekend because I could never get past the login screen due to what appeared to be an expired SSL certificate error. Overall, it was far below the Marriott standards I expected. NOt going talk about the mold in the shower

We stayed here two nights for a soccer tournament and the hotel + our room was clean and to our standards. Excellent staff that was very pleasant and helpful. We left an item in the room upon checkout and a housekeeper brought it downstairs for us as we were loading our car. The hotel also has an indoor pool. The dining options immediately around the hotel are limited and a bit below average (in our opinion) but that’s to be expected of a hotel off the highway. We found a few better options further into Savannah. I ordered delivery one day because we were traveling with a baby and the driver was easily able to drop the food at our door. (Very grateful) We did have a really nice dinner in Downtown Savannah, about a 15-20 minute drive away. All in all would recommend due to staff, location, and price point.

Pretty standard hotel, but our room was very clean and comfortable. The night auditor Tee is why this gets a 5 star review though, she was extremely helpful when we were in need of a room after a bad tire blowout. She was very personable and just a great person that helped us in need, so I wanted to give her a shoutout in this review.

The drapes were falling off the windows. The heater was very loud. The room was not clean. The windows were dirty , things , bathroom lay out was poorly. The people at the front desk did not care. Should not be a Marriott property.
